10/09/20 – Renovation work to Twin Creeks Community Areas – Front Entry
Please be advised that Twin Creeks Golf Club Greens Staff will be carrying out renovation work to the front entry (community common area) from Luddenham Road to Portrush Roundabout. This work has been approved by the Twin Creeks Community Association and will include
- Aggravation of the lawn areas (the area has been marked out with small red flags) on 10th & 11th September.
- Fertiliser Treatment – carried out on Monday 14th September (weather permitting).
- Herbicide Application – to be carried out by the end of the week commencing 14th September (weather permitting).
All resident queries should be directed to Victoria Collins or their Strata Manager. Offensive and inappropriate conduct toward staff carrying out work is unacceptable.
